One night Jerry has had enough, and he ushers Kramer out the door while insisting that the app will be unoriginal and a waste of time.Īt the end of the episode, Kramer excitedly enters the apartment and with anticipation in his voice tells Jerry that the first shipment is arriving from China today. Kramer can be heard LOUDLY describing what he wants the app to do over the phone, sometimes repeating himself often to clarify. Kramer maintains contact with the chinese through long-distance telephone calls, done from Jerry's apartment at night because of the time difference(Jerry is of course extremely bothered). Jerry says he's surprised that Kramer's old friends knew anything about apps, as they didn't seem like the types. He explains that his friends assured him that the firm had done similar work in the past, and that they knew what to do with only some light directing. Kramer remarks that the contact person barely speak english, but it doesn't trouble him. He tells Jerry that they tipped him about a Chinese firm with experience, that will create the app for cheap. ![]() Kramer is inspired, and contacts some of his old friends for advice. Jerry says he has no clue, which is why he outsourced the development of his own promotional website to India, saving a lot of money. Kramer tells Jerry that he wants to get in on the market with Zuckerberg and the big guys, but he is in despair because the technology is completely foreign to him. "They bought it for a billion dollars, Jerry! A BILLION DOLLARS!" 3 seconds later, he storms in the door again and throws the paper back where he found it - pointing out a headline of the Facebook billion dollar aquisition of Instagram. They talk about something, and Kramer grabs Jerry's paper from the kitchen table before exiting. Kramer enters Jerry's apartment while Jerry is preparing sandwhiches. "Kramer creates an app." That just doesn't work at all, on any level.
